Hi everyone! My name is Ashley and I run Sitting for a Cause along with my awesome pup Diamond. Sitting for a Cause gives 50% of it's profits to help homeless pets because we believe that the only acceptable euthanasia rate in the US is 0% and we want to do our part to help save the 3-4 million shelter animals that are put to sleep each year.

We are competing to win a grant to fund our expansion so we can help even more animals and we are hoping to get some support from fellow animal lovers. In order to get to stage 2 of the grant competition, we need to get as many votes as humanly possible. You can vote daily via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I really appreciate your support. It means a lot to both me as well as Diamond! Diamond works just as hard as I do on every sitting job we take and without her, Sitting for a Cause wouldn't be able to make the difference we have been able to make over the last couple years.

Welcome to the forum, Ashley! I have just approved your thread on a different animal forum, too. It is wonderful work which you are doing to help homeless pets via your 50% donation from your business; I wish you every success in that.
