I never thought about celebrating the adoption date of a pet.

What a wonderful idea. We try to remember when certain pets come to live with us and celebrate that day. It's kind of like a birthday of sorts.
The day they came into our lives.

I am going to have to start doing that. I rescue/rehome enough animals. Just think we could have adoptiversary cake at least once a week. I like the idea.

I usually right down the month and year, but it would be better to right the actual date.
