I think forums are bringing together groups of people like this. I don't have people like us where I live. I find my inspirational people out there on the internet. I think the internet does a lot of good. It connects people and lets us form communities. It is an added bonus that the communities are global and can open up our understanding of the whole world.
We are lucky we found each other.

I think you have it right. Some children are even more in tune with others. We need to encourage that beautiful respect for animals and keep it alive as children grow.
