A local philanthropist has donated $100,000 to the Fort McMurray SPCA. Considering the amount of need there is after the devastating fire it is a very welcome gift.
Mr. Quesnel is the generous person who paid the vet bills for the dog found last year outside a Windsor Canadian Tire with its mouth and legs taped.

It is encouraging to learn that there are such good people out there willing and able to help. It is good to know that the Fort McMurray SPCA has the resources it needs to help people's pets after the fire.
What a wonderful man! He is putting money to good use, bless his heart. Heart
The SPCA needs all the help it can get right now.  The city will rebuild and animals will be reunited with their people, but it is going to take time and money  and a lot of hard work.

Having the money leaves the SPCA free to do the work.
