A large number of animals were found in deplorable conditions on a Massachusetts farm.
There were animals of all kinds living in filth, some with no food and water. It is an overwhelming job to help them all.

It is so big that the Ontario Canada SPCA has sent help.

With over 1000 animals to rescue it is good to see  the SPCA is drawing help from sister organizations.

It will take a lot of work to save all these animals and meet their needs.  I  am sure it can be done. It is a very positive sign for animal welfare that the various groups cooperate and come to each other's aid.

How dreadfully sad that anyone could let a whole lot of animals exist in these conditions.

There are quite a few teams who assisted the ASPCA. They did a good job but it must have been harrowing. I didn't see -what were the reasons the animals were in such a bad way? Just careless neglect and heartlessness? Those poor creatures.

I haven't found out why this happened. If I can find some follow up article I will post it. 
It took a lot of people to help with this situation It is amazing the work that was done for the animals.
