Iris lives at the reptile Centre. The whole place is her home. So Iris goes where she wants to and does what she wants to.
We do enjoy her company and she is  interesting.

This is Iris and Daisy dog sharing a dish of fruit. Daisy actually likes mangos and so does Iris. They get along very well.


Iris is a beautiful girl and we all love her. She has such an interesting personality. She always comes to me when she wants fresh water. When she wants fruit she goes to the frig. She is clever and interesting.
An iguana is less a pet and more a room-mate. We don't mind working with her around. She has been known to break things, but what's a little broken glassware amongst friends.

Love it! What a delightful lady she is.

Iris really is quite a character. She is fairly intelligent, but she doesn't train like a dog would. She rather thinks that she has us trained.

Come to think of it, if she wants something done we do it for her right away and we do it the way she wants it done. We are trained alright.

There's a clever girl!

There is one of her and a number of us and she still has us outnumbered. Life with an iguana around is interesting.

Aww I missed this thread before! I really like Iris, and it's interesting to hear what she's like.

What a nice girl. She has a perpetual smile on her face too.

What a lovely looking girl she is,I love an animal with personality and she seems to have it in spades.

Iris is a character. It is winter and she mostly wants to bask under the special reptile lights. Yesterday she talked Paul into handing her food up to her one piece at a time while she just lay their smiling. We haven't spoiled her much have we?

She has you lot wrapped around her little claw.

I think she does. You have to admit she is pretty and she has a way of looking at you that is irresistible.
When you are big and green, you have got to be cute.
