Grover the puppy was found in a dumpster, just in time. He was close to death from hypothermia. It is still touch and go, but with the care he is receiving he will survive if it is at all possible.

Grover is one lucky puppy. He is being given every possibility of recovery. He is being given the love and care he deserves. 
It is sad to think that out there somewhere is his mom and his brothers and sisters. I hope they are finding the chance of a good home.
I hope they catch whoever did this. It is against the law to abandon a puppy like that.

Unbelievable! A dog can bark if it's stuck in a dumpster, but what chance has a puppy got? With the noise of traffic passing....etc?
Whoever put that puppy there meant it to die and in the meanest and most awful way, slowly. That is not just a case of abandonment. It's a case of intention to cause the death of that pup by one of the most cruel methods. I hope the person is located quickly and brought to justice for what they did.

It was just luck someone found the puppy in time. I will never understand the cruelty that wants a little animal to die alone so horribly. They will be looking for the person. Someone knows who they are. Even if they are not caught, they will always know that we are looking for them.
