I know in the cold weather that dogs need a good warm coat. Dogs also look so good in coats. Especially when they are stylish looking.

Lets face it, dogs look good in coats. Definitely they look better than the rest of us most of the time.Smiley4
Dogs in coats are just about as cute as ferrets in sweaters, don't ya think?
Dogs do look good in coats! When it gets cold they love wearing them too. Ferrets in sweaters? How cute! Are there any pics?? I like ferrets.
Is there any way to post a link to the ferrets in sweaters picture.

I love dogs in coats, but even better I love it when they give them matching boots and hats. Those dogs know they look good!

The most touching thing I saw was an obvious street person with his pit bull type dog. It was cold and he had taken a pink baby snow suit and made it into a dog coat. It fit, it showed that he had a real concern for his dog, it did in some ways look silly on that type of dog and yet the dog wore it with pride. His owner loved him enough to make the coat and that was good enough for the dog.Heart
Sure enough. I can post the link to the ferrets. They are so darn cute!!:

all my dogs have coats! And Mia my boxer especially loves hers. There's some mornings she where she refuses to go out unless she has her hoody and jacket on. She gives me this look like "you really expect me to walk out when it's that cold?"
Maybe animals like clothing. After all we like it. Why shouldn't they enjoy the fun of looking nice and feeling warm.
The ferrets do look so cute. How do you get the sweaters on them. ferrets are pretty squirmy.
That is very touching Catherine -to see he had looked after his dog so well and made her a coat. That's so sweet. It's heart-warming to see little things like that in life. And a pit bull is short haired. Short-haired ones do feel the cold
They look very smart! (I'm not sure about the reindeer snood in picture 12 though....)

Short haired dogs certainly do feel the cold so it makes sense to wrap them up warm - and they don't seem to mind.
The pit bull in the baby snow suit was really touching. It fit and he probably got it at a thrift store(it didn't look too new). The guy was not too warmly dressed himself and he wouldn't have had the money for a fancy dog coat, but he made sure his dog was warm enough on a cold day. He clearly loved his dog and his dog loved him.Heart
