The wildfires have swept through Greek neighbourhoods and many have not made it out alive. One family dog fled the fire and clung to a rock in the sea until she was found. Her instinct for survival was right, because she did survive.

The poor dog looks so forlorn on a rock by herself. After she was found rescuers posted her picture online and now she has been reunited with her family. They feared she was dead and who know what Lua thought. There are many sad stories after a wildfire like this. It is nice to know that good things happen too.

Poor Lua. I really feel for her, stuck on that rock. But she did the sensible thing in the moment and it worked out for her in the end. I am glad she was safe and reunited with her family.

I am glad her family survived so she could be reunited with them. They were al really fortunate.

That must have been a horrible time sitting on a rock no knowing if anyone else survived. I hope Lua lives the rest of her life in peace and comfort. She deserves it.
