A judge has put the Yellowstone Grizzly bears back on the endangered list. This protects them from tropey hunters. It is no longer legal to kill them.

For the first time in more than 40 years there was a fall grizzly bear hunt planned. This would have had a devastating impact on the bears and on the area. A judge granted a temporary halt to the hunt. Now he has put the bears back on the endangered list so they are safe again.
I love it when the courts come through and do the right thing.
