Tech support must be a special calling. Either that or they feel so alone with so few people really understanding computers. They just want to teach the rest of us so they can have people who speak their language. They certainly want us to use the stuff that is available.
Once I had my domain there was the option to download all the software I needed. All I had to do was choose and click on the word install. How easy is that!
It give me the illusion that I am getting good at this.
