That poor Cockatoo. She is quite traumatized by witnessing her former owner's marriage break-up. It will take years to get her over it.
She will have to feel secure in her new home and learn some new gentle words before she stops imitating the fights she witnessed.
People forget that pets are effected by our behavior. Birds like cockatoos are especially sensitive.
I hope one day she learns to sing and say happy things. No bird should carry the burden of a marriage break-up like that.
