I suspect that penguins are one animals that everyone loves. They are just so cute and comical  to look at.
They are also amazing parents who raise their chicks in some very difficult conditions.
There is much to love about penguins.

San Diego Zoo had an interesting way of celebrating World Penguin Day. They took a penguin to visit the Orangutans. Clearly the visit was interesting to the bird and the primates.

Lots of animals are having fun without us. They are visiting the zoos and aquariums that we cannot visit. I am trying to picture a penguin at the gift shop buying a T-shirt or perhaps an umbrella. I am glad somebody is having fun.
