I am a day late, but the day is worth celebrating. I love lots of kinds of animals, but  I have to admit that dogs and humans have a special bond.

I hope most dogs had a good day and I hope those waiting to be adopted find their forever homes soon.

Right now it is a national day. Maybe soon it can become world dog day. Dogs deserve a world day celebration.

Well, I am TWO days behind (as usual!)

But Happy Dog Day to all dogs everywhere, and to those who love them (that can even include cats ?)

I have known cats who love dogs. I think there are a few rabbits who love dogs. I am sure they celebrate dogs.

Even if we are late, dogs are worth celebrating any day.   So it doesn't matter when we celebrate. It is just good to stop and remember what dogs are like and how good they are to their human friends. We owe them so much.
