Did you see that cat! It attacked the dog in an absolute fury. Sometimes cats surprize us.
Years ago I had a tiny(5 pound) cat called Junia. Around 2am a man tried to break into my bedroom window. Junia leapt onto the window ledge and gave a scream that would have done a wildcat proud. It was unearthly and terrifying. When I got to the window the man was running in terror and trying to get over the fence. I don't know what animal he thought I had, but he was not going to stick around and find out.
Junia prowled the apartment in a state of fierce alert, huffing and ready for battle for two days. If she had gotten a hold of him she would have savaged him. Her nickname after that was Super Cat!

Dear Knight....what you said is so right. Those moments show what we....(including cats!) .... are really made of inside. Impossible to 'fake'.

That cat did not stop to think about how much bigger the dog was, he just wanted to protect the child.
The cat showed his true heroic nature.
When confronted the dog ran. He was a bully by nature. Bullies run when confronted.
No wonder it has gone viral. People love a hero.
