Battersea Dogs and cats home has a lot of animals going out for adoption. Some come back. There is usually a good reason for the return. Sometimes people's circumstances change and they can't continue to look after a pet. The worst reason for returning a dog?  It didn't match the sofa.
Why didn't they get a new sofa? These people are banned from adopting in future.

How can anyone say a dog doesn't match their sofa. Dogs match everything.  Dogs are beautiful and they look good anywhere.  It is a really shallow reason for returning a dog.  The dog was lucky, it  has been adopted by another more loving family.

What I am hoping for that dear dog is that it had a mis-match with some idiots, simply because it's waiting to meet its true soul-companion!

Where ever that dog ended up, it was better than the sofa people. Those people would not be a soul mate for any pet.
