It seems that cats in greenhouses really is a thing. A number of greenhouses and garden centers have cats living and working in the green house or garden canter area.  Cats do wonders for pest control. They are clean and don't take up much space. They also do well with the customers.  Who can resist a purring cat.

The question now is how many places have cats that live in? My local garden center is not an enclosed building, but I have seen cats wandering around.
Cats love gardens so living in a building full of garden supplies must be wonderful for them. The cat would have to be an independent type, but for a cat who likes to be his own boss, it would be a perfect life.
Cats seem to be able to adapt to all kinds of lifestyles. I have met a few nursing home cats. They seem very happy with their lives. I wonder where else cats could live and make people's lives better.
