Before the pandemic, Gem, a 5 year old border collie cross, used to spend 3 or 4 days a week at the doggie daycare/dog spa.
After the pandemic hit she was only there once a week. Gem didn't think that was enough. Early on Saturday morning she slipped out of the back yard and headed straight to her local spa. They saw her at the door and let her in and called her people. They did the right thing, they let her stay for the day.

People are not the only ones missing things because of the pandemic. Our pets had routines too and they got disrupted.
If you ever wondered if dogs actually like dog spas, now you know. It is a day of fun for them. It seems dogs like to get out of the house too.
