Giselle is one of our horses who help us in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, autism, and many other diseases. Unfortunately, she suffered an accident and broke a bone in her leg. While humans have some large muscles and a bit of tissue below the knee that helps stabilize a broken bone, along with a cast, a horse has no muscle or any other tissue besides tendons and ligaments below the knee. The possibilities for it are two euthanasia or an operation
As soon as possible, we need to transport Giselle to a veterinary clinic, where a second operation will be performed, which will reconstruct part of the broken bone and save it from euthanasia.
Unfortunately, as with most charities, our funds are insufficient and it is impossible for us to raise the amount quickly enough.
You can help save Giselle's life with a donation or by sharing our campaign on social media. Every penny donated is of great importance to our cause.
When you donate, you also subscribe to the updates about the progress of our program. We want you to see the ongoing results of your donation, so we promise to share weekly updates about the impact you are making.
