The furniture creates space for the cats, so there is room for all of them. In this case, 13 cats in a small condo. They don't look like they are on top of each other.
There is personal space for everyone. I guess that is the secret, creating a variety of spaces. If we think about that with ourselves and our pets, we could make living together work better.
