There are confirmed cases of bird flu in Ontario. A number of cities have reported dead birds testing positive.  Now a dog that had contact with a dead goose has died of bird flu. It is unlikely to spread to humans or from pet to pet, but contact with dead birds is risky. Pet owners are being warned to be very careful with their pets when outside.

Bird flu has been confirmed in dead birds and even a raccoon in Toronto.
We have no idea how bad this could get. Our birds will be nesting soon. Migratory birds will be passing through the area.
How much it will spread, we just don't know. We just have to wait and see.
