Waddles is a rescue duck who can't walk. So the shelter got him a wheelchair. He loves it.
Sadly, Waddles is a case of neglect. If he had been fed properly, he would have been okay. If he had been surrendered sooner he might have been okay.
Now all they can do is give him the best life possible.

It is sad when pets end up damaged because of neglect. They could have been healthy, happy animals, but someone failed them.
If you can't look after a pet, don't get a pet. If it is not working once you have a pet, it is better to give the pet to someone who can care for it.
It is the loving thing to do.
