Impact Express is a Canadian group founded by Duane Taylor. He fund raises and takes aid to Ukraine to help dogs who are left behind.
This is his second trip to the war torn area. The dogs there are desperate. The people are not able to help them because there are no resources left.
Duane is using much of his own money and his vacation time to help the dogs. As the war continues the need becomes greater. The situation is dangerous, but the dogs need Duane's help.

Duane Taylor is an amazing person. He became aware of the needs of dogs in Ukraine and he is there helping them.
I hope he is able to raise enough funds to keep helping the dogs. The need is still great.
