Someone has invented a smart kennel known as Pet Parker. It is a temperature controlled, secure kennel. When you go shopping you can put your dog safely in the Pet Parker and the door locks until you return. The dog is safe and sheltered. It prevents people risking leaving the dog in a car. It solves the problem of stores and malls that don't allow dogs.

The idea is brilliant. It was developed by someone in Brazil. I don't think there are too many in the world right now, but there sure need to be.
This could end the tragedy of dogs left in hot cars.
Once the idea catches on, these smart kennels could start appearing everywhere.
