A group of neighbors in Florida noticed a dolphin trapped under a dock. He was tangled in an illegal net and the net was tangled under the dock. He was desperate and barely able to breath. It was a group effort and they were able to get the dolphin free. The net they hung onto and turned over to the authorities.

Good for them that they noticed the dolphin. He might not have survived much longer. He certainly couldn't get free.
Now we can hope they find out where the net came from. It is illegal and it should not have been there.
