This organisation sounds amazing - really active on Twitter in particular, and so great that they are collaborative and are supporting the organisations that are already out there: http://goodnewsshared.com/love-twitter-love-dogs-youll-love-finding-furever-homes/

What a fantastic help for those smaller rescue centres, NKat! I had not heard of this charity before, so thank you so much for this post and for highlighting what they do.

The smaller rescues work so hard, I know. I try to support my local one in any way I can now and again. They are so dedicated, and need all the help they can get.

My pleasure, I love it when I hear about collaborative and supportive organisations Smile

I will have a look for them on Twitter, and 'follow' them, and make sure they get lots of re-tweets from little old me. It's good that people get to know about this charity.

Cool. I encourage you to make sure that the organization of your choice is indeed what it claims to be and that it will spend your donation wisely. Great source!

What a great use of twitter. I just think it is so amazing how we use the internet and the various forms of social media to help out animals. The small shelters need the publicity and the help it will bring. I am sure many dogs can find homes when people know they are out there.

It is using what we have in the best possible way.
