Utah Humane Society developed a new approach to animal pictures. They use the photo booth approach for animals needing adoption.
Remember photo booths where you sat and suddenly the camera took four quick pictures. The results were often hilarious. With the dogs it shows them in more spontaneous fun loving poses.
The result is an increase in adoptions. People respond to these more spontaneous pictures. The dogs look fun and friendly.

If it works to get animals adopted, it is worth doing. Different shelters try different methods. This is one of the fun ones.
