The Saskatchewan fires have started to die down and people are going home. The good news is that they are able to pick up their pets at the various places that have housed them.

I am sure there are many tragic loses and a lot of sad things that happened because of the fires. Knowing that pets and owners can go home together makes it all seem less bad.
