Animal Videos rule the internet - Catherine - 11-14-2015
We all watch animal videos. Even people who don't really like animals watch funny cat videos and baby duck videos. We can't resist them.
The site The Dodo has capitalized on that fact. They have 15 million regular monthly users and 100 million views a month. Millions of dollars in funding are involved. If anyone doubts how important animals are in our society they just have to look at this as an example.

I admit I am one of the 100 million views and I even share things on Facebook and the Forum. Maybe I should join the 15 million monthly users.
The stuff they post is funny and interesting.

I like the funny videos, mostly. So long as they are not demeaning to animals, or cause any hurt. Some are hilarious.
Occasionally -owing to my fluctuating server connection -I find The Dodo a bit hard to fully load. But I have seen some interesting things there.
There is always room in peoples' lives for funny animal videos! And you can never watch just one!

The whole internet economy revolves around funny animal videos. I wonder who got the idea to post a funny cat video. That person is a genius!
The Dodo is sometimes hard to load.
You Tube has some great stuff.
I can never watch just one.

Do you ever watch National Geographic channel? All their programmes are about Animals.

I have watched some National Geographic stuff. I watch some YouTube. There is so much more out there worth seeing than there is time for me to watch it.
The Documentary channel has good stuff too sometimes.

I love that dog. When he hears the word bacon he gets so excited. There are so many good videos. It is a wonder we ever get any work done.
