Lifetime ban on owning animals! - Catherine - 12-10-2016
A man with a history of animal abuse has been given a lifetime ban on owning animals. This is the first time anyone in Quebec has received such a ban. It is a real recognition that the man is going to keep on abusing animals so therefore he should not be allowed to have them.

When you look at the pictures the abuse was serious. This ban is a sign that they are taking the abuse seriously.
