Snakes on a Christmas Tree - Catherine - 01-03-2017 Snakes and Christmas trees don't mix or rather they mix too well. I stood too close to the tree when I was holding Firebird. She thought it was great. Is that a happy face. Then she discovered the trunk. There was no stopping her. All I could do is watch and wait for her to come out on her own. That went well. What could go wrong at this point? I was trying to decide whether it was time to take down the tree or not. The snakes voted yes!
