Remembering Jonathan my first Bearded Dragon who slept on my bed every night and gave me many happy years. She is gone, but ever remembered and always close to my heart.

Jonathan had a beautiful face. The picture was taken right after I said the name Jonathan. She always looked up like that when I said her name. We had many happy hours together.
Now I have happy hours with new lizards. There will always be a rescue lizard or two in my life. Jonathan was a rescue. She was missing a front foot and the breeder gave her to me because I showed interest and made it clear that I could handle her amputation and care for her. Barrie now lives in Jonathan's old tank and he has made himself very much at home.
