International Ornithilogical Congress and Bird Festival - Catherine - 08-21-2018
The Ornithological Bird Congress sounds like a serious business. However the Bird festival should be fun.
People are dressed up in bird costumes and they plan to have a parade.

Some of those costumes are amazing. So what bird would you want to dress up as. I think a Robin costume would be good. Robins are amazing and clever. It would take a bit of practice to get their song right.
