This is cute and funny and wonderful all at once. A man found two very tiny bird eggs and managed to hatch one. Then he managed to raise a baby bird.

I must say it took some serious dedication to raise a baby bird like that. Seeing it fly off must have been hard, but it also means he was successful.

What a wonderful thing to do! That little bird wouldn't have survived without him. There is a joy when you let something free where it's supposed to be....but a poignant goodbye too.
Yes he must have worked very hard from dawn until dusk! Bless him.

That took dedication. Catching the insects was work enough. He also had to hand feed all day long for weeks.
It is amazing that the little bird survived and has flown free. I wonder if he will see it from time to time and recognize it. That would be nice after all his hard work.
