Monty, the obese dog, was struggling because of his weight. His quality of life was reduced and his arthritis was causing him pain. After a change in living circumstances Monty was taken to a vet and enrolled in a Pet Weight Loss program.
So far he has lost 3-4 kg and has a bit more to go.
This is a happy ending story. Monty has lost weight because of a dog fat camp. He is full of energy like a young dog and his overall health is improved.

It is good to know that there are fat camps and places that can help a dog like Monty.
Monty was still cute as a pudgy dog, but now he is handsome and alert looking. It was the kindest thing his people could do for him.
