Grazing Turns to Gazing - KeepingTrack - 11-24-2018

Keeping Track's Susan Morse got this shot of a male musk ox last month by creeping ever so slowly across the tundra on one of Canada's High Arctic islands. She was there researching threatened musk oxen and caribou for a book she's writing to spur more habitat conservation efforts throughout North America.  You can find information about that project here.

Greetings and welcome, Keeping Track.

If you wish, please do go to our Introductions page to tell us more about the Keeping Track project.
I just took a look at the website, and it seems you are dedicated to wildlife conservation.

Welcome to the forum. That is a beautiful picture of a Musk Ox. I am glad to hear that someone is researching the Musk Ox.
They are an amazing part of the arctic tundra habitat.
