It has been observed that a number of species practice social distancing if they detect disease in a member of their group. Bees will remove an infected bee from the hive Chimps will drive an ill chimp from their troupe.

We could learn from nature. We could at least learn that the best way to fight disease is to not catch it by staying away from others who are sick. We would do well to follow that pattern right now until this disease outbreak has past.
