Project Noah's Ark bring home pets left behind in Cayman Islands - Catherine - 05-24-2020
Early in the pandemic a number of Canadians were sent home from the Cayman Islands and they were not able to bring their pets at the time.
Nikole Poirier arranged a charter flight with Sunwing Airlines. Ninety-five more Canadians will be coming home. So will 55 pets who were left behind.
Once in Canada they can be reunited with their families. It is important to reunite the pets with their families. It is also important to get them home so they do not overwhelm the animal shelters in the Cayman islands.

This is a beautiful thing. All the pets that were left behind must have started to wonder if they would ever see their people again. Can you imagine the joyous reunions that are about to take place. Now we just have to hope that all the pets in other places are able to find their way home.
