It is very rare for a puppy to be born with green fur. It can happen though. The litter were all white like the mother except for one. He was green. He was exposed to green pigment before birth. The body does produce a green pigment for bruises. He is the cutest puppy. Sadly the colour will fade over time, but for now he is a rare green puppy.

It would be such a surprise to see a green puppy in a litter of white puppies. I have never heard of anything like this. I guess we shouldn't be surprised by anything that nature throws at us.
