I like the idea of self care like that. I must try it.
If we talked to ourselves and treated ourselves the way we treat our pets we would be doing a good job of self care.
I always say nice things to my animals. I always give them treats. I always buy the brands they like. I sing cute little songs to Boo Bunny.
If the guinea pig asks for more veggies he gets them. I buy them foods I can't even eat.
I have nicknames for all my pets. That would be an interesting thought. What nickname for myself would make me feel better.
I think my interpretations work very well.
The guinea pig definitely is a chunky butt, a cute fuzzy chunky butt.
I don't actually use the term num nums. I say dins, brekki and snacky snack.
