It's Guinea Pig Appreciation Day! - Catherine - 07-16-2021 It is Guinea Pig Appreciation Day. So if you have a guinea pig or know a guinea pig, this would be a good time to let them know you appreciate them. https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/guinea-pig-appreciation-day/ Right now all I have is Boris the guinea pig, my last little rescue. Three years ago he was an abandoned 4 week old baby. Now he is a happy, chubby piggy. His enclosure is in my kitchen and when I sit at the table we are facing each other so it is like we are eating together. We do share a lot of salads.  Considering how much salad he eats, he is a chubster.
