Three Sumatran Tigers killed by traps - Catherine - 04-26-2022 Three Sumatran Tigers were found dead after being caught in snare traps. One male and two females of a critically endangered species are gone because humans set traps.   The traps were near palm oil plantations. Palm oil plantations are a whole other area of problem in themselves. Other species die because of these plantations.  These are not the first tigers to die and they won't be the last. https://apnews.com/article/covid-health-business-indonesia-environment-b1b1209ad20f1498ea144dfad091187f The only solution is to totally boycott palm oil and any products that use it. Maybe boycott any company that uses palm oil in even some of its products. It might take a bit of work to find which companies that don't use palm oil, but I am sure there are some. If there is no market for the oil, then there is no need to have plantations.
