A doorbell camera in Alaska caught the exact moment a moose shed both its antlers. It is something so unexpected.
When it is done the moose just walks away.

I did not know they could shed both antlers at once. I have never found two together. This might be even rarer because of the double shed.
The moose is very calm about it. He stops, he sheds, he walks off. I guess if you do this year after year it gets to be routine.
