A dog in a shelter and his friend were dropped off after their owner passed away,the other dog died after having seizures.

That is a first. I know dogs will drink a bit of alcohol if it is spilled or left in a glass. They usually don't get enough to get them addicted. Coco must have been drinking regularly, more than just a sip. I guess the other dog died of alcohol poisoning too. I am glad the were able to save Coco. It helped that he is younger. It was good that someone was smart enough to recognize what was wrong. I hope he recovers enough to find a good loving home.
