Mother racoon loses her babies and adopts ophans - Catherine - 06-24-2023
It happened that a racoon mother got caught in a sewer with her babies.
Toronto Wildlife was called in to help.
She was rescued, but the babies were lost.
She was being cared for at Toronto Wildlife.

The next day a mother racoon was killed and left behind a set of babies.
They were only a day old and needed a mom.

Somehow it worked. Mom racoon took over the orphans and they have become a family.
Soon they will be able to return to the wild and live out their lives as they should.
Toronto Wildlife is busy all year round, but baby season is their busiest time.
