New baby orca spotted - Catherine - 06-24-2023
A new baby orca was spotted in the L pod off of Tofino on Vancouver Island.
This is the first baby that has been seen in this pod since 2021.

It is always hopeful when there is a new calf. They still have problems with pollution and a decline in the salmon stock, but at least there is a new calf.
