A box of kittens was left outside the animal shelter - Catherine - 05-12-2024
A shelter staff coming in for the day noticed a cardboard box with a note saying free kittens. The kittens were rushed inside where they could be cared for.
They were probably only 12-14 days old. They have been fed, but they still need their mother.

They are being raised in foster homes and they will do very well. Still it would be better if they were not abandoned. Even better would be for the mother to be spayed so there are no more boxes of free kittens on the shelters doorstep.
