The bird flu has reached the Antarctic. Researchers are coming across large numbers of dead penguins and dead gulls. Even sea lions have been affected.
The destruction in the Antarctic is extreme. Now they are watching to see what happens when the Bird Flu reached Australia. The way it is spreading, it is only a matter of time.

Bird Flu is not done with us yet. It spreads and it mutates. We can't get ahead of it and mutations mean we can't develop immunity or a vaccine.
It is like we are watching an ecological disaster unfold. Actually we are watching an ecological disaster unfold. W just don't know how bad it can get.
