A dog's last meal - Catherine - 04-26-2025
Iris, the Great Dane was dying and her family wanted to give her a last, best day ever.
It was to end with a special cooked meal, that was ordered from a Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
A note came with the order telling the staff what the meal was for.
When the meal was picked up the restaurant gave it free of charge and put a message on the box that it was prepared with love.
The staff came out and gave their condolences to Iris's family.
Iris enjoyed her last meal and passed on peacefully.

This is really beautiful. They gave their dog a beautiful last day.
The restaurant did a kind and generous thing to donate the meal and make a point of showing their sympathy for Iris's family.
There is a lot of goodness out there. It is special when we get to hear about it.
