To protect the unique environment and vulnerable species, Christmas Island is saying no to dogs.
That is all dogs except Shiloh. Since Shiloh is already there she is allowed to stay. As the last dog, Shiloh has to meet the need for dogs for the whole island.

Shiloh is basically the emotional support dog for the whole island. She has to meet the petting needs of everyone on the island.
That is a big job, but it looks like Shiloh can handle it.
